It should be noted that the new Labour Code, which came into force on July 1, 2017, may cause many uncertainties and questions. We advise both employees and employers on matters of disciplinary sanctions, dismissal from work, material liability, conclusion and amendment of employment contracts and other issues. We also provide consultations on current issues regarding the employment of foreigners: EU and third-country nationals.
Preparation of Procedural and Non-Procedural Documents (statements, requests, complaints)
We prepare employment contracts, job descriptions, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, internal work regulations and secondment documents.
Representation of Client Interests
We represent clients at the labour dispute commission, in court (regarding administrative offenses, compensation for material and non-material damages, etc.). We also represent the employee in relations (negotiations) with the employer.
